This tutorial will guide you through the process of uploading an existing save file to your Factorio server. This is also handy if you're starting a new modded Factorio world that requires a custom map, such as Space Exploration.

Uploading an Existing Save

Navigate to your Factorio save file location.

Find the save .zip file you want to upload to your Factorio server and copy it to a safe location.

Access the Game Host Bros Panel and stop your Factorio server.

Go to
File Managerand then open thesavesdirectory. - 5
Drag the save .zip file from your computer to the server.
- Rename your save .zip file to remove any spaces if present.

Navigate to
Server Optionsand look for Save Name. - 7
Change it to the exact name of your save file.
