Will I automatically be refunded?
No. If you would like to avail our refund policy, you must submit your cancellation above and then open a support ticket from our Billing Portal requesting a refund.
Do I keep my service after cancellation?
When you cancel your server, you get to keep it until the end of your billing period. The exact date is listed on the cancellation email you get sent.
Do you save my files once my server is canceled?
No. Once your server is canceled with us all of your files are deleted once the cancellation is processed. If you want to save your files you must backup and download them prior to placing your cancellation request.
Can you cancel my server via email or Discord?
For both your security and ours, we only accept cancellations through our Billing Portal. Any requests to cancel via email replies or direct messages to staff members on Discord will be ignored. This policy ensures we can verify your identity and prevent unauthorized cancellations of servers.
