How to Upload an Existing Save to Your SCUM Server

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of uploading an existing world to your SCUM server.

You may also refer to this guide on how to upload files to your game server.

Note

Things to note before getting started:

  • This will delete or overwrite any progress you have made on the server.

Transfer From Another SCUM Server Provider

If you already have a SCUM server with another provider, then this is how you migrate your existing save to Game Host Bros.

    On your previous server, navigate to SCUM/Saved/SaveFiles/ and download your SCUM.db file.

    Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and Stop your SCUM server.

    In the sidebar, go to File Manager.
  4. 4
    Navigate to the SCUM/Saved/SaveFiles/ folder.
  5. 5
    Delete the existing SCUM.db, SCUM.db-wal, and SCUM.db-shm files, then upload your existing SCUM.db file to your server.

    Start your server.

Tip

If you need to adjust any server settings after uploading your save, you can upload your own ServerSettings.ini file located in /SCUM/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/ or use the in-game server settings menu as described in our server configuration guide.
