How to Upload an Existing Space Engineers World to Your Server

This tutorial will guide you through the process of uploading an existing world save file to your Space Engineers server.

This will delete or overwrite any progress you have made on the server.

Finding Your Local Space Engineers Save File

On your keyboard, press Windows Key + R and enter this:

Open your Steam ID folder (for example: 76561198106341655).

Find the world save folder you want to upload.

For example:

AppData

Roaming

SpaceEngineers

Saves

76561198106341655 (Your Steam ID)

YourWorldSaveYour world save folder

SANDBOX_0_0_0_.sbs

Sandbox.sbc

Sandbox_config.sbc

Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and Stop your Space Engineers server.

Connect to your server with SFTP.

Navigate to /config/Saves/.

Delete the existing World folder on your server.

Upload your local world save folder and rename it to World.

Start your server.

Note

Your uploaded save folder must be named World on your server to load.
