About
Ardem
Ardem is an open world zombie survival RPG from Techtive Games, set years after the RHAB-14 virus emptied the cities. The map is 64 square kilometres of handcrafted terrain with hundreds of distinct locations rather than procedural filler, and the central idea is restoration: repair bridges, rebuild vehicles from modules and attachments, and bring dead power grids back to life using petrol generators, wind or solar so lights come on and garage doors open again. Underneath that sits a full survival layer with base building, crop growing, hunting, fishing, weapon modification and a temperature and clothing system. It can be played solo, in co-op, or on servers holding up to 64 players.
Ardem is unusual in that player actions permanently reshape the world, so a restored district or a re-energised grid is a lasting change rather than a session effect. That only means something on a server that persists, which is why Techtive built the game around self hosting: the server owner decides whether the world runs as PvE, PvP or roleplay, and everything the community repairs stays repaired. A 64 slot world also needs to be up when people are, not only when the host happens to be playing.
Game Host Bros will run Ardem servers on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X and EPYC processors with NVMe storage, which is the sort of hardware a large handcrafted map with a live electricity simulation asks for. Every plan will include enterprise grade DDoS protection, and the control panel will give you full file access for ruleset configuration, admin management, automatic backups and scheduled restarts. Free migrations are available if you are bringing a community across, and we will offer 15 global server locations.
Ardem is coming to Steam in Early Access in 2026 for Windows and Linux. It includes Steam Workshop support for community content, Steam achievements, adjustable difficulty and a server browser, with PvE, PvP and roleplay configurations all supported out of the box.
Game Host Bros will offer Ardem server hosting from $11.99/mo. Rent an Ardem server for a persistent 64 player survival world, your choice of PvE, PvP or roleplay rules, instant setup and 15 global locations.
