Autonomica is an open world survival automation game from Crytivo set in an alternate 1980s that failed time experiments have pulled apart. Farming feeds chemistry and mining feeds manufacturing, so crops become reagents, reagents become compounds, and compounds become the machines that rebuild the world. You mine, salvage and refine, run material through extractors, mixers, assemblers and conveyors, capture Phantoms that appear at night, and launch time jump extractions into unstable futures to bring back technology that should not exist yet. It can be played solo or in co-op.
Autonomica rewards patient engineering, and an unattended factory is only useful if it is still running when you come back. Hosting your own Autonomica server keeps the base, the supply chains and the research state in one place, so a group spread across time zones can each take a shift on the production line rather than all waiting for the same host to come online. It also gives you the say over who joins, whether PvP is switched on, and how the world is backed up before someone reroutes a main conveyor at two in the morning.
When Autonomica launches, Game Host Bros will run it on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processors with NVMe storage. Automation games spend their frames on simulation rather than graphics, so high clock speeds and fast disks are what keep a large factory ticking over.
