Project CARS 2 players join dedicated servers through the in-game server browser. You need the PC version of Project CARS 2 on Steam, updated to the latest version.
Joining Your Server
- 1Log in to Bropanel and check that your server shows as online.
- 2Open Project CARS 2 and go to the online multiplayer menu.
- 3Browse the list of online sessions and look for your server name. Dedicated servers show a server icon.
- 4Select your server and join. If your server has a password, enter it when asked.
Tip
The browser lists sessions with players in them as well as empty dedicated servers, so your server shows up even when nobody is on it. If you can't see it, clear any search filters and refresh the list.
Who Sets Up The Race
By default, the first driver to join an empty server becomes the host and picks the track, cars and weather in the lobby. To lock the setup or run a rotation of races instead, see Server Controls Setup and Race Setup and Rotation.
