Killing Floor 3 is Tripwire Interactive's co-op action horror shooter, set in 2091 after the megacorp Horzine turns out an obedient army of bioengineered monsters called zeds. You join Nightfall, the resistance holding the line, and fight through waves with up to five teammates, earning dosh between rounds to unlock skills and buy into an arsenal that runs from flamethrowers and shotguns to katanas, with hundreds of mods and gadgets to specialise it. Every zed has been redesigned with faster, more deliberate AI, maps hide usable turrets, fans and traps, and the returning M.E.A.T. system adds more dismemberment points and blood that stays where it lands. A solo mode is included for anyone who wants it quieter.
Killing Floor thrives on a squad that plays together every week, and public matchmaking is not how that happens.
