Renown is a medieval multiplayer survival game from RDBK Studios built on skill based melee combat. You hunt, gather and craft to get established, then raise anything from a farm to a walled castle in an open world where rival clans are doing exactly the same thing. Fighting is directional and punishing, so a single clean strike can settle a duel, and sieges bring purpose built engines against player built walls. There is no law in the world of Renown beyond what your neighbours are willing to enforce.

Renown has no single player mode, which makes the server the game. A dedicated Renown server gives your clan a world where walls, stores and territory persist through raids and between sessions, and where the population cap, the rules and the whitelist are yours to set. Communities that want a slower, building focused world, or a harsher one where raiding never stops, will only get it by running their own server rather than sharing an official one.
