Sniper Elite
Sniper Elite: Resistance is Rebellion's third person tactical shooter, telling a story that runs alongside Sniper Elite 5. You play Harry Hawker of the Special Operations Executive, working with the French Resistance in occupied France to destroy a new Wunderwaffe before it changes the war. Shots account for wind, gravity, rifle stock, barrel and heart rate, the X-ray kill cam returns for rifles, SMGs and pistols, and every mission offers multiple infiltration points, extraction points and Kill List targets.
The full campaign can be run in co-op, and on top of that there is adversarial multiplayer plus Axis Invasion, where another player drops into your campaign to hunt you down. Giving Sniper Elite: Resistance a dedicated server means your group gets a lobby at a fixed address that does not depend on one person's home connection, so nobody carries a host advantage and nobody's session ends when a router reboots. You also set the match rules and the player list rather than accepting whatever matchmaking hands you.
