Stardew Valley is a farming and life sim by ConcernedApe. You inherit a run down farm outside Pelican Town and rebuild it, growing crops, raising animals, fishing, mining, and getting to know the people who live there, alone or with friends in co-op.

Stardew Valley co-op normally needs the host to be in game, so groups run a permanent farm using the community made Always On Server mod with SMAPI. A dedicated Stardew Valley server keeps the farm on its own schedule so anyone can log in, water crops, and move the season along without waiting for the host.
