The Legend of California is an open world action survival shooter from Kintsugiyama, set on the mythical Island of California during the gold rush. You explore distinct biomes and California landmarks, hunt wildlife to stay fed, gather and craft your own weapons and tools, and stake out a ranch complete with a mine, stables and higher tier crafting stations. Play carries on across persistent multiplayer servers, where you either go it alone or form a company with up to three other players who share resources, buildings and progress.
Progress here belongs to the world rather than to a save file on one player's machine, which is exactly why a dedicated server matters for The Legend of California.
