Unreal Tournament is the arena shooter Epic Games and Digital Extremes released in November 1999, and the Game of the Year Edition that followed bundled the bonus packs, extra maps and mutators. It is built on pure speed and skill: the Shock Rifle combo, the Translocator, the Flak Cannon and the Redeemer, across maps like Deck16, Facing Worlds and Morpheus that players still know by heart. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Domination, Assault and Last Man Standing are all ready to play, and more than twenty-five years on it has one of the biggest community server scenes of any classic shooter.
