ARK Ascended
ARK: Survival Ascended is Studio Wildcard's rebuild of ARK: Survival Evolved in Unreal Engine 5, with dynamic global illumination, streamed high detail meshes, dynamic water and foliage that reacts to creatures and explosions. You wake on an island with nothing, gather resources, craft tools and structures, then tame and breed hundreds of dinosaurs and other primeval creatures. Tribes pool their progress, and the world runs as a persistent multiplayer session that keeps building, taming and territory intact between play sessions.
Almost everything worth doing in ARK is on a timer. Egg incubation, imprinting, crop growth and creature maturation all tick along in real time, so the world needs to be up when nobody is playing. Running your own ARK: Survival Ascended server puts those timers under your control through harvest, taming and maturation multipliers, and lets you decide whether the map is PvE, PvP or somewhere in between. You can also link several maps into a cluster so tribes carry creatures and gear between them, cap tribe sizes, and keep an admin whitelist for the people you trust.
Game Host Bros will run ARK: Survival Ascended on AMD Ryzen 9 9950X and EPYC processors with NVMe storage, which matters on a game this demanding once a map fills with tamed creatures and player structures.
