How to Change Map on Your Conan Exiles Server

1 min read

This is how to change the map on your Conan Exiles server. This is how you select which map your server will load.

Note

As of the Conan Exiles Enhanced update, Isle of Siptah is now part of the Exiled Lands map and is no longer a separate map you can load. To host a dedicated Isle of Siptah server, you'll need to switch your server to the legacy version. Follow our Change Server Version guide to do this.

Changing Conan Exiles Map

  1. 1

Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel and Stop your server.

  2. 2

    Go to File Manager.

  3. 3

    Navigate to ConanSandbox/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/Engine.ini

  4. 4

Add one of the following to your Engine.ini file, separate from other sections.

Isle of Siptah DLC Map (legacy UE4 game version only)

    [/Script/EngineSettings.GameMapsSettings]
    ServerDefaultMap=/Game/DLC_EXT/DLC_Siptah/Maps/DLC_Isle_of_Siptah

    Custom Map

    [/Script/EngineSettings.GameMapsSettings]
ServerDefaultMap= File Path To Your Map

  5. 5

Click save, then start your server.

If you ever want to revert back to the default map, simply stop your server and remove what you've added.

For a custom map such as Savage Wilds, follow this guide.
