How To Install SourceMod Plugins On Your Nuclear Dawn Server

SourceMod lets you add admin tools and community plugins to your Nuclear Dawn server. Game Host Bros installs it for you with one setting.

Turning On SourceMod

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Under Modding, enable SourceMod.
  4. 4
    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Your server installs SourceMod and Metamod:Source on the next start. While automatic updates are on, they update to the newest stable build every time the server restarts. Disabling SourceMod keeps your plugins and configs, so you can enable it again later.

Adding Plugins

    Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Files.

    Open nucleardawn/addons/sourcemod/plugins.
  4. 4
    Upload the plugin's .smx file. If it came with config or translation files, upload those into the matching folders under nucleardawn/addons/sourcemod.

    Start your server.

Making Yourself An Admin

    Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Files.
  3. 3
    Open nucleardawn/addons/sourcemod/configs/admins_simple.ini.
  4. 4
    Add a line with your Steam ID and "99:z", for example "STEAM_0:1:12345678" "99:z", then save the file.

    Start your server.

In game, type sm_admin in the console to open the admin menu.
