About
PixARK
PixARK takes the survival and taming framework of ARK and rebuilds it out of voxels. Maps are procedurally generated from a seed instead of hand authored, quests generate procedurally as well, and there are more than a hundred creatures to tame, breed and ride, from dinosaurs to dragons. Technology and magic sit side by side, so a rocket launcher and a magic wand are equally valid answers to a problem, and every block in the world can be mined and rebuilt into whatever your tribe needs.
PixARK has dedicated server support, and tribes are the whole point of it. Running your own PixARK server keeps bases, tamed creatures and breeding lines persistent instead of resetting with the host, and puts taming speed, harvest rates, experience multipliers and the PvE or PvP question in your hands. Because worlds are seed based, you can also start a fresh map on the same server when the group is ready for one, without giving up the slot you have been paying for.
