This is what you do if you need to change your server name on your Day of Defeat Source server, also referred to as a hostname. This is what is displayed to players in the server browser.
Changing Your DoD:S Server Name
- 1Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel.
- 2Select your server.
- 3Go to
Startup Parameters. - 4Find the
Server Namesetting and enter your desired server name. - 5Restart your server.
Note
This setting will override anything you have manually set inside of server.cfg
