By default, Game Host Bros DDNet servers install the newest DDNet release whenever they restart, so your server stays up to date. Your config, maps and ranks are kept.
Updating Your DDNet Server
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Settings. - 3Find the
Automatic Updatestoggle and make sure it's enabled. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
Your server now checks for a new DDNet release every time it starts, and also downloads the newest maps of your map pack. After a new release comes out, restart your server to install it. Turn Automatic Updates off if you want to stay on the version you have.
