Here's how to add admins on your Insurgency: Sandstorm server using the Admins.txt file. Admins get the in-game admin menu, which lets them kick and ban players and change the level. For this, you will need the SteamID64 of each player you want to make an admin.

Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

In the sidebar, go to Files.

Navigate to Insurgency/Config/. If there is no Server folder, create a new folder and name it Server.

Inside the Server folder, create a new file named Admins.txt.

Add each admin's SteamID64 on its own line:

Save the file and start your server.

Once you're on the admin list and connected to your server, press Numpad - (Keypad Subtract) to open the admin menu. You can change the key in the game's key bindings menu. New admins take effect after a server restart or a level change.
