How To Configure Your Squad 44 Server

At Game Host Bros, we've integrated Squad 44 settings directly into our game panel. Here's how to quickly and easily configure your new Squad 44 server.

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Edit the settings you'd like to change.

    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Squad 44 Server Settings List

Setting NameDescription
Server NameThe name of your server shown in the server browser. Default: Hosted By Game Host Bros
Server PasswordSet a password to make your server private. Leave it blank for a public server. Default: none
Max PlayersThe maximum number of players that can join your server, from 2 to 80. Default: 80
Allow Team ChangeLets players change teams. Default: Enabled
Advertise ServerShows your server in the public server browser. Default: Enabled
Reserved SlotsSlots held back for admins and whitelisted players. Default: 0
Prevent Team ChangeBlocks team changes that would unbalance the teams beyond the player difference below. Default: Enabled
Team Change Player DifferenceThe player count difference between teams allowed when changing teams. Default: 3
Enforce Team BalanceForces team balance when the teams are uneven. Default: Enabled
Map VotingLets players vote on the next map. Requires MapVoting.cfg to be configured. Default: Disabled
Team Kill Auto KickTemporarily bans players who reach 7 team kills for the ban time below. Default: Enabled
Record DemosAllows recording of demos that can be replayed. Not fully functional in-game. Default: Enabled
Rejoin Squad Delay After KickSeconds a player must wait before joining a squad again after being kicked from one. Default: 180
Server Message IntervalSeconds between automatic server message broadcasts. Default: 300
Team Kill Auto Ban TimeLength in seconds of an automatic team kill ban. Default: 1799
Allow Dev Admin AccessGives the game developers access to admin commands for debugging. Default: Enabled
Allow Dev ProfilingLets the game developers profile server performance. Default: Disabled
