How To Add Custom Maps To Your Unreal Tournament Server

Unreal Tournament has thousands of community maps. Here's how to add them to your server.

Uploading Custom Maps

  1. 1
Download the map and unzip it on your computer. You'll usually get a .unr map file and sometimes extra files such as .utx, .uax, .umx or .u.
  2. 2
Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.
  3. 3
In the sidebar, go to Files.
  4. 4
Upload each file to its folder:
    • .unr files go in Maps
    • .utx files go in Textures
    • .uax files go in Sounds
    • .umx files go in Music
    • .u and .int files go in System
  5. 5
    Start your server.

To play the map, enter its name in Map or pick it in Web Admin.

Note

Players who don't have the map download it from your server when they join. For faster downloads, set up a download redirect.
