How to Use a Custom Game Preset on Your ASKA Server

In this guide, we will show you how to create a custom game preset and use it on your ASKA server.

Custom game presets control everything about a custom world, including difficulty, invasions, season lengths, starting villagers, starting items, and win conditions. Most custom settings only apply when a new world is created, so the steps below delete your current world to let your server create a new one.

Creating Your Custom Game Preset

  1. 1
Launch ASKA and click Singleplayer → New Game.
  2. 2
    Choose Custom Game.
  3. 3
Adjust the settings in each tab to build the world you want.
  4. 4
In the Game Settings tab, click the save preset button beside the Name field.
  5. 5
Enter a name for your preset and click OK.

Locating Your Custom Game Preset

  1. 1
Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard.
  2. 2
Copy and paste this, then press Enter:
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Sand Sailor Studio\Aska\data\WorldCustomizationPresets

  3. 3
Find the worldCustomization_ file with the name you gave your preset.

Uploading Your Preset To Your Server
