How To Install Mods On Your Call of Duty 2 Server

Call of Duty 2 mods run from their own folder next to the game's main folder. Here's how to add one.

Uploading A Mod

  1. 1
Download the mod and unzip it on your computer. You'll get a folder with .iwd files and usually a config file.
  2. 2
Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.
  3. 3
In the sidebar, go to Files.
  4. 4
Create a folder for the mod in the top folder, next to main, for example awe.
  5. 5
Upload the mod's files into that folder.
  6. 6
    Start your server.

Turning On The Mod

  1. 1
Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
  2. 2
In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
Under Modding, set Mod to Custom and enter the folder name in Custom Mod Folder, for example awe.
  4. 4
Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

To go back to the normal game, set Mod to Stock and click Save & Restart. No reinstall is needed.

Tip

If the mod comes with its own server config, put its settings in main/server.cfg. Players download the mod when they join; set up a download redirect so it downloads quickly.
