How To Set A Password On Your Project CARS Server

A password keeps your Project CARS server private, so only drivers you share it with can join.

Setting A Password

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
    Under Basic, edit Server Password.
  4. 4
    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Drivers are asked for the password when they join from the server browser. To make your server public again, clear Server Password and restart.

Note

The password set here is the only one that counts. A password typed into the game's create session options is ignored on a dedicated server.
