How To Update Your Project CARS Server

By default, Game Host Bros Project CARS servers check for a new version of the dedicated server whenever they restart and install it, so drivers on the latest game version can always join. Your config and settings are kept.

Turning Automatic Updates On Or Off

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Under Updates, enable or disable Automatic Updates.
  4. 4
    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

While Automatic Updates is on, your server checks for updates every time it starts, so a restart picks up a new version once it comes out. With it off, your server stays on the version it has; turn it back on and restart to update.
