Here is how you can join your Rising World dedicated server. Your server runs the current version of Rising World on Steam, not Rising World Legacy (the old Java edition).
Note
Your game must be on the same Rising World version as the server. The server installs the newest build when it restarts (see Automatic Updates), and Steam keeps your game up to date, so restart your server after a game update if players can't join.
Connecting From The Server List
- 1Open Rising World and click
Multiplayer. - 2Search for your server name in the server list.
- 3Select your server and click
Join. If you set a server password, enter it when asked.
Note
It can take a few minutes for a new server to appear in the list after it starts. Joining by IP always works, and is the only way in when Show In Server List is off.
Connecting With The IP Address
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your Rising World server.
- 2Copy the server IP address and port from the
Overviewpage, for example123.45.67.89:4255. - 3Open Rising World and click
Multiplayer. - 4Choose the option to connect directly to an IP address, enter your IP address and port, and connect.
