How To Upload Your Existing Lord of the Rings Return to Moria Save

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of uploading an existing world save file to your The Lord of the Rings Return to Moria dedicated server.

Steam Save File Location

  1. 1
    Press Win + R on your keyboard.
  2. 2
    Enter this: 
    %localappdata%\Moria\Saved\SaveGamesSteam
  3. 3
    Find your world file, for example: MW_6BE7222A40EB974D3499BAB262B5D8D7.sav
Note

If you have multiple worlds and you're not sure which is which, you can rename your world and then reload your save folder to see what was last modified.

Epic Games Save File Location

  1. 1
    Press Win + R on your keyboard.
  2. 2
    Enter this: 
    %localappdata%\Moria\Saved\SaveGamesEpic
  3. 3
    Find your world file, for example: MW_6BE7222A40EB974D3499BAB262B5D8D7.sav
Note

If you have multiple worlds and you're not sure which is which, you can rename your world and then reload your save folder to see what was last modified.

Uploading Your Save Files

    Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel and Stop your server.
  2. 2
    In the sidebar, go to File Manager.
  3. 3
    Open MoriaServerConfig.ini and edit OptionalWorldFilename= to the name of your save file, excluding .sav at the end.

    Next, navigate to Moria/Saved/SaveGamesDedicated.
  5. 5
    Upload your save file.
  6. 6
    Start your server.

Here's what your server should now look like:

And here's your uploaded save file location:

Moria
Saved
SaveGamesDedicated
MW_6BE7222A40EB974D3499BAB262B5D8D7.sav
