How To Become Referee On Your Urban Terror Server

A referee can kick and mute players, move them between teams and change the next map without full server access. It is a handy way to let trusted players moderate.

Setting Your Referee Password

Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Basic, edit Referee Password.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

The password can only use letters, numbers, dashes and underscores. Clear the field to turn referees off.

Becoming Referee In Game

Join your server.

Press the ~ key to open the console.

Type /reflogin yourpassword with your Referee Password, then press Enter.

Type /ref help to see the referee commands, for example /ref kick PlayerName or /ref nextmap ut4_casa.
