How to Connect Console & Crossplay Players to Your 7 Days to Die Server

Here's how Console platforms such as Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5 players can connect to your 7 Days to Die server after enabling crossplay by using the in-game server browser.

Note

Console players can only connect if your server has crossplay properly configured. See our enable crossplay guide to set up your server correctly.

Make your server name unique and easy to remember so players can find it quickly in the server browser.

How to Connect on Console

After enabling crossplay and ensuring your server settings are compatible with console platforms, here's how to get connected:

    Access the Game Host Bros Panel and select your 7 Days to Die server.

    In the sidebar, go to Startup Parameters.

    Under Basic, set a Server Name and Server Region.
  4. 4
    Go back to Console and Restart your server.
  5. 5
    Open 7 Days to Die and select Join A Game.
  6. 6
    Enter your Server Name and your selected Server Region, then click Start Search.

    Select your server from the list and connect.
