How to Enable Crossplay on Your 7D2D Server

This guide will show you how to enable crossplay on your 7 Days to Die server to allow Xbox Series and PS5 players to connect to your server.

Enabling Crossplay

  1. 1
Log in to Bropanel and select your 7 Days to Die server.
  2. 2
In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
    Configure the following settings:
    • Set Max Players to a maximum of 8
    • Set Allow Crossplay to Enabled
    • Set EasyAntiCheat to Enabled
    • Set IgnoreEOSSanctions to Disabled
  4. 4
Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Crossplay Requirements

For console players to connect to your server, you must:

  • Configure all four settings exactly as shown above
  • Use only console-compatible values for all server settings (see below)
  • Remove any mods from your server
  • Limit the server to 8 players maximum

Steam players can join regardless of settings, but Xbox and PS5 players will be unable to connect if any setting uses non-standard values.

Valid Settings for Crossplay

When crossplay is enabled, your server settings must use values that are compatible with console versions. Steam players can connect regardless of settings, but console players will be unable to join if any setting uses non-standard values.

Note

Since the v3.0 game update, these settings can only be configured from in-game by importing a Sandbox settings code.
