How To Edit The Server Config On Your Call of Duty World at War Server

Settings that aren't on the Settings page, such as score limits, time limits and votes, live in your server's config files: server.cfg for multiplayer and server_zm.cfg for Zombies.

Editing The Server Config

  1. 1
Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.
  2. 2
In the sidebar, go to Files and open the main folder.
  3. 3
Open server.cfg, or server_zm.cfg for Zombies, and change the values you want, for example set scr_tdm_scorelimit "1000".
  4. 4
Save the file and start your server.
SettingWhat it does
scr_tdm_scorelimitScore to win Team Deathmatch
scr_tdm_timelimitMinutes per Team Deathmatch map, 0 for no limit
scr_teambalance1 keeps teams even
g_allowVote1 lets players call votes
sp_minplayersZombies: players to wait for before the first round starts

Each game type has its own limits, named after it: tdm, dm, sd, dom, koth, sab, ctf and twar.

Note

The server name, password, slots, RCON password, game type, map rotation, hardcore, friendly fire and killcam come from the Settings page and override anything you write for them in these files.
