Dystopia is free on Steam for Windows and Linux. Players need the current Steam version of Dystopia and no other mods to join your server.

Connecting With The IP Address

Log in to Bropanel and select your Dystopia server.

Copy the server IP address and port from the Overview page, for example 123.45.67.89:27015.

Launch Dystopia and press the ~ key to open the console. If nothing opens, turn on Enable Developer Console under Options > Keyboard > Advanced.

Type connect 123.45.67.89:27015 with your own IP and port, then press Enter.

If your server has a password, type password yourpassword in the console before you connect.

Adding Your Server To Your Favorites

In Steam, click View > Game Servers.

Open the Favorites tab and click Add a Server.

Enter your server IP and port, for example 123.45.67.89:27015, then click Add This Address To Favorites.

Select your server and click Connect.

Note

Your server also shows up in the in-game server browser under Internet. It can take a few minutes for a new server to appear. Joining by IP always works.
