At Game Host Bros, your Dystopia server comes with FastDL, so players download your custom maps over the web instead of slowly through the game server. Everything is automatic: just upload your custom maps.
How Does FastDL Work?
- When your server starts, custom maps, models, materials, sounds and particles in the
dystopiafolder are synced to thefastdlfolder. - The stock game files are left out, because every player already has them.
- Your server tells players where to download from by itself.
- Files you delete from your server are removed from FastDL on the next start.
