How To Set The Map Cycle On Your Far Cry 2 Server

The map cycle is the list of maps your Far Cry 2 server plays one after another. When a match ends, the server moves on to the next map in the list.

Setting The Map Cycle

  1. 1
Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
  2. 2
In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
Under Gameplay, edit Map Cycle and enter up to 15 map ids separated by semicolons, for example mp_02_lastbastion;mp_07_riotcontrol;MP_DLC01_Resort.
  4. 4
Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Leave Map Cycle empty and your server plays the 14 original maps in order. Enter the map ids from the tables below, not the names shown in the game. The server doesn't check the ids when it starts, so a misspelled one only shows up when its turn comes. To play your own maps, see Custom Maps.
