By default, Game Host Bros Onset servers check Steam for a new Onset server version whenever they restart, so your server matches the latest game version. Your packages and server_config.json are kept.

Updating Your Onset Server

Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Updates, find the Auto Update toggle and make sure it's enabled.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

After Onset releases an update, restart your server to install it. Players can only join when their game and the server have the same compatibility version, so keep Auto Update on unless you have a reason to stay on an older version.
