Pavlov only lists servers that have an API key from Vankrupt, the game's developer. Without one your server still runs, but it doesn't show in the in-game server list, which is how players find and join servers. The key is free and tied to your own Pavlov account. Use your own and don't share it: what happens on a server that uses your key is linked to your account.

Getting Your API Key

Start Pavlov, open Settings and go to the General tab.

Click Generate server code. You get a six-character code.

Open api-key.vankrupt.net in your browser and enter the code to get your API key.

Copy the API key.

Adding The Key To Your Server

Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Required, paste your key into API Key.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

If the console says the Pavlov server list is refusing the server's heartbeat, the key is wrong. Copy it again without extra spaces, or get a new one.
