Here is how to upload an existing universe from your local PC to your Portal Knights server.

Caution

This will reset any current progress on your server.

Finding Your Local Portal Knights Save

Press Windows Key + R and enter this:
%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\userdata

Open the folder named after your Steam account ID, then open 374040\remote.

Find the universe file for the world you want to upload. Universe files start with 03, and the last digit is its slot, starting at 0 for your first world. For example, 0300000000000000 is your first world.

Copy that universe file, plus every island file that starts with 04 and has the same slot digit as its 10th character.
0400000000000100 ^ 10th character is 0, so this island belongs to your first world

If you play with Steam Cloud turned off, your saves are in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\portal_knights instead.

Uploading Your Save

Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

In the sidebar, go to Files and navigate to dedicated_server/savedata.

Delete any existing files in this folder.

Upload your universe and island files there.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Gameplay, set Universe Slot to the last digit of your universe file. Your first world is save slot 0.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.
