Sync Calendar puts every player on your Skyrim Together server on the same in-game day, month and year, taken from the player whose date is furthest ahead when someone connects. It's off by default: the days still pass together, and only the exact date can differ a little between players, which doesn't affect gameplay.
Turning Sync Calendar On Or Off

Gameplay, enable or disableSync Calendar. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
The developers don't recommend turning it on: the date can jump forwards or backwards, which can upset the timing of quests. To set the date yourself, type /SetDate with the day, month and year in the Console.
