This tutorial will guide you through the process of uploading an existing world save file to your VEIN dedicated server.

This will delete or overwrite any progress you have made on the server.
Transfer From Another VEIN Server Provider
If you already have a VEIN server with another provider, then this is how you migrate your existing save to Game Host Bros.
- 1On your previous server, navigate to
Vein/Saved/SaveGames/and download yourServer.vnssave file. - 2Navigate to
Vein/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/and download yourEngine.inifile. - 3Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and
Stopyour VEIN server. - 4In the sidebar, go to
File Manager. - 5

Vein/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/and upload yourEngine.inifile, replacing the existing file. - 7Start your server.
Transfer From A Local PC
- 1Open your Steam games library, right-click VEIN, and select
Manage > Browse Local Files. - 2Navigate to
Vein > Saved > SaveGames. - 3Copy your save file (for example:
YourSave.vns) to a safe location.
Uploading Your Save File

Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and
Stopyour VEIN server. - 2
In the sidebar, go to
File Manager. - 3
Navigate to
Vein/Saved/SaveGamesand delete the existing save fileServer.vns. - 4
Upload your save file.

Rename your uploaded save file to
Server.vns.VeinSavedSaveGamesServer.vnsThe name is important! - 6
Start your VEIN server.
The save file must be named exactly Server.vns for the server to load it.
