How To Connect To Your Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory Server

Here is how you can join your Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory dedicated server. Your server runs ET: Legacy, which works with players on ET: Legacy and on the original Enemy Territory 2.60b.

Both games are free. Get ET: Legacy, which includes the Enemy Territory game files, from etlegacy.com.

Connecting From the Server Browser

    Open ET: Legacy and click Play Online.

    Find your server name in the list. Use the filters or click a column header to sort if the list is long.

    Double-click your server to join. If you set a server password, enter it when asked.

Note

It can take a few minutes for a new server to appear in the server browser after it starts. Joining by IP always works.

Connecting With the IP Address

    Log in to Bropanel and select your Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory server.

    Copy the server IP address and port from the Overview page, for example 123.45.67.89:27960.

    Open the game and press the ~ key to open the console. If that doesn't work on your keyboard, press Shift + Esc.

    Type /connect 123.45.67.89:27960 with your own IP and port, then press Enter.

If your server has a password, type /password yourpassword in the console before you connect.
