With Game Host Bros you can invite sub-users to help manage your server. Each one gets their own permissions, from read-only access all the way up to full admin.

How To Add Subusers To Your Server

Load Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Users.

Click Invite User and enter the user's email address.

Choose a permission preset (Viewer, Operator, or Admin). To fine-tune access, turn on Customize permissions and toggle individual permissions.

Click Send Invite.

Once you send the invite, the user receives an email with instructions to set up their account.

Subuser Permissions

Every invite starts from one of three presets:

Preset	Access
Viewer	Read-only across console, files, and backups. No changes.
Operator	Day-to-day server ops: power, commands, backups, and configs.
Admin	Full control, including managing other sub-users.

Turn on Customize permissions to start from a preset and toggle individual permissions:

Group	Permissions
Console & Control	Connect to the live console, send commands, and start, stop, or restart the server.
Files	Browse, view and download, create, edit and upload, delete, and compress files, plus SFTP access.
Backups	View, create, download, restore, and delete backups.
Databases	View, create, and delete databases, and rotate or view their passwords.
Schedules	View, create, edit, and delete schedules.
Network	View and edit network allocations.
Startup	View and modify startup variables.
Settings	Rename the server, reinstall, transfer to another node, swap the game, and change the installed version.
Sub-Users	View, invite, edit, and remove sub-users.
Activity	View the activity log.
