How To Change The Map On Your BrainBread 2 Server

Your BrainBread 2 server starts on one map and then moves through its map cycle. The map's prefix decides the game mode:

Changing the Start Map

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Under Gameplay, edit Start Map and type the map name without .bsp, for example bbc_termoil.

    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Editing the Map Cycle

    Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Files.
  3. 3
    Open brainbread2, then open mapcycle.txt.
  4. 4
    List one map per line in the order you want them played, then save the file.
  5. 5
    Start your server.

Tip

Players can also vote for the next map in game, and you can change it right away with the RCON command changelevel bba_cargo.
