How To Update Your Call of Duty 4 Server

Your Call of Duty 4 server keeps itself up to date. CoD4x, the server software, checks for a new version every time the server starts and installs it, so players with the latest CoD4x client can always join. Promod and Bot Warfare update on restart while Automatic Updates is on.

Turning On Automatic Updates

Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Updates, find the Automatic Updates toggle and make sure it's enabled.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Turn Automatic Updates off to keep the Promod or Bot Warfare version your server has now, for example during a league season. CoD4x still updates itself either way.
