Here is how you can join your CryoFall server. Your server updates itself to the newest CryoFall version, so keep your game up to date on Steam.
Connecting With the IP Address
Adding your server to the Custom list is the quickest way to find it, and it stays there for next time.
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your CryoFall server.
- 2Copy the server IP address and port from the
Overviewpage, for example123.45.67.89:6000. - 3Start CryoFall and click
PLAY, thenMULTIPLAYER. - 4Open the
Customlist. It's one of the two icons on the right of the list tabs; hover over them to see their names. - 5Click
Add Custom Server, paste your IP address and port, then clickSave. - 6Select your server and click
Join Server.
Connecting From the Server List
Your server is also listed in the Community list. Click PLAY, then MULTIPLAYER, open Community, select your server name and click Join Server. The list has no search box, so adding your server by IP address is quicker.
Tip
Once you're in, press Esc and open CURRENT GAME to copy your server's Public GUID. Players can paste the GUID into Add Custom Server instead of the IP address, and it keeps finding your server even if its IP address changes.
Troubleshooting
Game server is currently unreachable: your server is offline or still starting. Check that it shows as online in Bropanel and try again once theConsoleshowsSocket-server listening.Server is at full capacity: raise Max Players.Incompatible network version: update CryoFall on Steam. If it's already up to date, check that Auto Update is on and restart your server.
