Here is how you can reset your CryoFall server to start fresh with a new world, for example for a server wipe. You can wipe just the world and keep your settings, or reset the whole server.
Starting a New World
This wipes the world and every character, but keeps your settings, server rates, operators, bans and whitelist.
- 1Log in to Bropanel and
Stopyour server. - 2In the sidebar, go to
Files. - 3Navigate to
Data/Saves/and deleteSave0.save. - 4Start your server.
Your server creates a new world when it starts. The .backup files in Data/Saves/ are copies of your old world; delete them too, or keep them in case you want to roll back.
Resetting Your Whole Server
Caution
This deletes everything on your server, including your world, settings and rates. Download a backup to your PC first if you want to keep anything.
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Settingsand clickReinstallin the top-right. - 3Select
Format and reset, then confirm and wait for the install to finish.
