How To Kick, Ban and Mute Players On Your CryoFall Server

Server operators and moderators can kick, ban and mute players on your CryoFall server. In game, press ~ to open the console and type the commands below with a / in front, for example /kick PlayerName. You can also type them in the Console in Bropanel, without the /.

Kicking Players

A kick removes a player from your server and keeps them out for a number of minutes. The default is 30 minutes. You can add a reason in quotes after the minutes:

/kick PlayerName 60 "Please read the server rules"

To let a kicked player back in early, use /mod.kickList.remove PlayerName.

Banning Players

A ban adds the player to your server's blacklist, so they can't join until you remove them. Bans stay in place when your server restarts.

CommandWhat it does
/ban PlayerNameBans a player.
/mod.blackList.remove PlayerNameUnbans a player.
/mod.blackList.printLists banned players.

Bans don't apply to server operators and moderators.

Muting Players

/mute PlayerName 60 stops a player from using chat for 60 minutes. Without a number, the mute lasts 90 days. To unmute a player, use /mod.muteList.remove PlayerName.

Note

Kicks and mutes only work on players who have joined your server before. A ban works with any username.
