How To Set A Password On Your Team Fortress 2 Classified Server

This is what you do if you need to set a password on your Team Fortress 2 Classified server. A password is an easy way to make sure only your friends or community can join.

Setting Your Server Password

Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

In the sidebar, go to Settings.

Under Basic, find Server Password and then type the password you want.

Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

The password can't contain spaces or double quotes. To make your server public again, clear the Server Password field and click Save & Restart.

Players enter the password when they join from the server browser, or type password yourpassword in the console before connecting by IP. See Connect to Your Server.
