You can bring an ARK: Survival Ascended world from another server to your Game Host Bros server. A world is a folder named after its map, such as TheIsland_WP, holding the map's .ark save along with the .arkprofile (player) and .arktribe (tribe) files.
Uploading Your World
- 1Log in to Bropanel and
Stopyour server. - 2In the sidebar, go to
Files. - 3Navigate to
ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks/and open the folder named after your world's map, creating it if it isn't there. - 4If that folder already holds a world you want to keep, download a backup first, since the upload replaces its files.
- 5Upload the files from your world's folder, replacing any files with the same names.
- 6In the sidebar, go to
Settingsand, underBasic, setMapto your world's map. - 7Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
Tip
World saves can be large. For files over 1 GB, upload them with SFTP.
