A welcome message is a short text players get when they join your Assetto Corsa server, such as your rules or your Discord link. It lives in its own text file.
Setting Your Welcome Message
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Filesand open thecfgfolder. - 3Click
Create File, name itwelcome.txt, type your message and save it. - 4Click
server_cfg.iniand setWELCOME_MESSAGE=cfg/welcome.txtunder[SERVER]. - 5Click
Saveand restart your server.
When your server starts, it prints your welcome message in the console, so you can check that it was found. To turn the message off, clear the value so the line reads WELCOME_MESSAGE=.
